Corse Dynamics Aluminum Coolant Tank V2: Ducati 748-916-996-998
This all aluminum water tank is a complete replacement of the factory part, just unscrew your factory cap and screw it onto this tank.
Tank has all OEM provisions for mounting accessories, and does not require any other modifications to be installed. This will eliminate all the issues with the OEM tanks leaking. The pins attached are flexible and if bent, they can be re-adjusted.
Features CNC billet aluminum nipples and CNC billet aluminum filler neck.

Very Important: Some of These tanks may come with minor fine marks/scratches which is typically associated with how the aluminum sheets are supplied from the manufacture prior to the tanks being built. This is a functional part and mostly hidden anyway, so it does not play a role as a cosmetic piece!

I purchased this from Motowheels more than a year ago. It does not leak, and I don't worry about bursting like with the OEM. One suggestion to make this better would be a sight glass in order to monitor the coolant level. I have to move the tank back, remove the cap, and use a flashlight in order to see if I have the right level or not. It's a little bit of a hassle, but the added security of not having the coolant tank burst while riding in the middle of nowhere is way worth it.
