If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order to us. Please note that returned items must be unused, unworn, uninstalled in new condition and in their original packaging. 

All returns must be completed within 30 days from shipping date and are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus any added return freight expenses that may be incurred.

  • All you need to include in your return package is the merchandise (which is in its original, brand-new condition and its original packaging) and a filled out return form. You can get a return form by emailing or by downloading one here
  • We require an RMA # to be used when returning a purchase. You can obtain an RMA# by contacting Motowheels at
  • As soon as we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to the original credit card or Paypal account. Please note that we can only issue refunds within 30 days of the original order date. If you send back a return that is 30 days or up to 90 days after the original order date, you will be issued a store credit. 
  • You the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Exchanges are not a problem, as long as the product has not been used or altered in any way.  We offer 100% exhange, 100% store credit or a refund with 20% restocking fee. All shipping expenses and duties or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All items must be returned in the original box, which CANNOT be used as the shipping box. You must ship the items back in the original packaging, inside another box.
  • Special ordered items that are built to order are not returnable! Items that are ordered specifically to certain specs, such as suspension parts which are built to rider's weight are not returnable.
  • Motowheels does not refund the original shipping charge.
  • If you received any promotional item(s) with your order, and you need to return the item(s) that earned you those promotional item(s), you will also need to include the promotional item(s) with your return. 
  • Receive a defective item? Some defective items must be returned directly to the manufacturer. If you have received a defective item please contact us for evaluation and RMA# prior to return.
  • If your order is over $199 and you receive free shipping then return an item bringing your total to less than $199 you will be charged a shipping fee that will be deducted from your return. Also if you received free shipping on an item and it is returned to us, you will be charged for the original shipping to you.
  • Orders shipped with free shipping are subject to a fee when returned, due to shipping cost from the original order.
