Our knowledgeable staff personally evaluate products so that we have real-world experience with the products that we offer, so that we are better able to assist you with any questions and concerns you have. Q: How secure is the Motowheels.com website?

This process makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to access or decode the information. The information you provide us will remain confidential and will only be used for shipping and billing purposes.

Q: How can I place an order?

Online orders:

The most secure and efficient way to place an order is online at Motowheels.com. We process online orders during business hours upon receipt of your order. When ordering online, your credit card is charged automatically at the point of purchase and an invoice with your shipping information is created for our shipping department to process the order for shipping.

Orders received by 2PM PST will typically ship the same day unless you are notified otherwise in the case of a back order, a special order. Motowheels will send an order confirmation to the email address on your invoice. If your order is shipped by UPS, UPS will send a shipping confirmation and tracking number to the email address on your invoice.

If you need to remove or change items to your order or make an address change after you have placed it on our website, you must contact us the same day before 2PM PST with your credit card number so that we can process the change to your order and ship it the same day. If you contact us after 2PM PST, it will ship the next business day.

Phone orders:

If for any reason you cannot place an order through our website you can call us at (916) 369-2509 to place an order by phone.

Q: What type of payments does Motowheels accept?


Unfortunately we have recently had to change our policy regarding Credit Card purchaser validation. For insurance purposes we can no longer accept Credit Cards that have a different billing address from that of the delivery address. The address must be a 100% match including both the street address and zip code. We no longer accept international credit cards. For all international orders please use PayPal

Due to the location of our store, we are required by law to collect applicable sales tax on all orders shipping to California.  No tax will be added to orders that are shipped outside of California.

Q: How secure are credit card transactions?

For your security, all credit card transactions are processed through several fraud protection programs to ensure no unauthorized users are using your card without your authorization. Our secure credit card processing companies do not allow us access to your credit card numbers and we do not keep your card numbers on file. For additional security, and to verify authenticity, we may contact you and ask for additional information that only the actual card holder should have for your protection. We also work closely with law enforcement authorities to prosecute fraud cases. Additionally, we no longer accept credit cards for international orders. We can only ship to the billing address on a credit card.

If your credit card is declined, please call the 800 number on the back of your card to determine the problem before trying again. Our website requires that the billing address and name match the card. Banks will automatically reject a charge if multiple attempts are made with the incorrect information. If your credit card company cannot determine the problem, please contact us if you still experience any problems placing an order.

International orders:
Unfortunately due to recent numerous incidents of fraud, we have been forced to change our policy with regard to international credit cards. We can no longer accept ANY credit cards from outside the USA. Please order using PayPal.

Q: How do I exchange or return merchandise?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order to us for a full refund. Please note that returned items must be unused/unworn/uninstalled and as they were received in their original packaging.
• All returns must be done within 30 days of purchase and are subject, at our discretion, to a 20% restocking charge, plus any added return freight expense that we may incure..
• All you need to include in your return package is the merchandise (which is in its original, brand-new condition and its original packaging) and a filled out return form. You can get a form my emailing info@motowheels.com.
• We require an RMA # to be used when returning a purchase. You can obtain an RMA# by contacting Motowheels at info@motowheels.com.
• As soon as we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to the original credit card or Paypal account. Please note that we can only issue refunds within 30 days of the original order date. If you send back a return that is 30 days or more after the original order date, you will be issued a store credit.
• Unless otherwise stated directly by Motowheels, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• If you need to perform an exchange, simply return the original merchandise using the above instructions. Then just place a new order online – this order will ship as soon as possible. You will be refunded for the original returned merchandise as soon we can process the return.
• All items must be returned in the original box, which CANNOT be used as the shipping box. You must ship the items back in the original packaging, inside another box.
• Motowheels does not refund the original shipping charge.
• If you received any promotional item(s) with your order, and you need to return the item(s) that earned you those promotional item(s), you will also need to include the promotional item(s) with your return.
• Electrical items, special orders, and special package deals are NOT returnable. All Wheels and Exhaust products purchased are considered "Special Order" items and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Receive a defective item? Some defective items must be returned directly to the manufacturer.

Please be very careful when special ordering parts or clothing. We do NOT offer any form of refund, exchange or credit on special order items.

Q: Warranty

Product sold by Motowheels.com are provided as is without any guarantees or warranty. In connection with the product, Motowheels.com makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, of title, or of non-infringement of third party rights. Any warranty offered by the manufacture Use of the product by a user is at the user’s risk.
Motowheels.com.com is a parts distributor and does not offer any warranties on products. Manufacture warranties may exist for products sold by Motowheels.com.com. We have an excellent relationship with our suppliers and are happy to assist you with any warranty claims with the manufacture directly.

All product warranties are extended by the manufacturer to the customer directly and are not endorsed by Motowheels. We are more than willing to help facilitate any warranty process for our customers regarding any situations that may arise. However, please remember that we are ultimately not the decision makers regarding any manufacturer warranty claim, any given manufacturer's warranty is subject to each specific manufacturer's warranty rules and guidelines. Refunds will not be given on warranty claims. Either the product will be replaced under warranty, or a store credit will be given if the warranty is approved.  

Q: Termination of Use

Motowheels.com.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the Motowheels.com.com web site at any time. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. Motowheels.com.com reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the Motowheels.com  site at any time without prior notice.

Q: Shipping

Orders that are in stock and received by 2PM PST will ship the same day unless you are notified otherwise in the case of a back order, a special order. Motowheels will send an order confirmation to the email address on your invoice. On the evening that the order is shipped, UPS will send a shipping confirmation and tracking number to the email address on your invoice.

Domestic ground shipping times average about 3-5 business days, but ca take upto 7-10 business days.

Orders shipped within the continental United States are shipped via UPS. You can specify UPS air or ground service and see the shipping cost when you place your order online.

Orders shipped outside the continental United States are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please note that payment of any customs duties the customer’s responsibility. Motowheels does quote customs duties.

Motowheels does NOT guarantee any shipping times and is not responsible for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control such as carrier/shipper errors and manufacture defects in products.

Q: Returns

We do not authorize nor accept returns on closeout/clearance items, electrical parts, special orders, or merchandise that has been installed, used, modified, painted or not in original new condition. Please be very careful when ordering clearance or used items. Please check fitment before installation.

There are no guarantees or warrantees on delivery times. Delivery times may change without any notice and they may be extended because of world wide supply issues. Once ordered and payment is made there are no refunds or returns on any special orders.

Any return requested on regular stocking parts or gear must be made within 30 days of shipping date and are subject, to a 20% restocking charge, plus any freight expense that may be incurred. We must authorize all returns via phone at 916-369-2509 or email at info@motowheels.com prior to being returned. Once a Return Authorization (RA) has been issued, it is ONLY valid for 10 days and must be written on the outside of the package. If the return has not been received back at Motowheels within the timeframe it will not be accepted.

Motowheels will process exchanges as long as the merchandise has not been used or altered in any way shape or form. We offer 100% exchange, 100% store credit, or a refund with 20% restocking fee; not including any shipping expenses. All shipping expenses and duties or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping and handling /insurance charges are not refundable. Please allow up to 72 hours for refunds to be processed.

NO order placed can be cancelled, no matter the method used to place the order. NO Exceptions. Once an order is placed you have immediately committed yourself to your order. You are responsible for it. The reason for this policy should be obvious. As well as committing yourself you are committing us to this order as we begin processing and incurring costs involved with your order immediately upon receipt of the order. If you have changed your mind after placing an order contact us immediately and we will do our best to stop it, but if we can’t, the order will be treated as a return.

Q: Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Motowheels.com or its Associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the Motowheels.com website or its products.

Products sold by Motowheels.com are designed and manufactured strictly for racing applications or incorporation on street machines which are used for racing or show. They are not intended for street use, and some products may, in some localities, be illegal for use on the street.  Please check Federal and/or State laws regarding use your vehicle.

Motorcycle racing is a dangerous activity. While every effort has been made to ensure that our products are designed and manufactured to the highest possible quality standards, Motowheels.com cannot assume responsibility for property damage or personal injury incurred by or concurrent with the use of products purchased from Motowheels.com, even if such damage or injury is the direct result of the failure of a product purchased from Motowheels.com.

Motowheels.com assumes individuals performing the installation of its products to be qualified race mechanics, who can make the judgments and adjustments which may be necessary in the installation process, and which cannot be anticipated by Motowheels.com in advance, in order that the installation is a safe and proper one. Motowheels.com assumes no responsibility for damage or personal injury which may be caused by the manner in which  Motowheels.com products are installed.

If you use a Motowheels.com product, you use them at your own risk. We want you to be healthy, to ride safely, and enjoy a long lifetime of motorcycling. Please do not use any product if you are uncertain of your ability to properly install it. If you are uncertain about your ability to properly install or use any Motowheels.com Product, you may return it provided that it is a regularly stock item in unused original condition at any time for a refund less shipping and handling charges. Please contact us if you have installation problems. We can walk you through it or recommend an installer in your area.

Proper installation of parts is the responsibility of the customer. Motowheels.com.com is not responsible for any liabilities incurred from installation or faulty installation. Information provided by Motowheels.com.com via website, phone, fax, or email is only a guide and is not a substitute for the services of a professional, certified mechanic. If you do not have experience regarding installing aftermarket bodywork, performance parts, or accessories, we recommend you pay a LICENSED PROFFESSIONAL for installation.

Q: Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Motowheels.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. We will notify you of any pricing changes. You may cancel the order if you do not agree to the price change. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Motowheels.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Motowheels.com's Return Policy.

Q: Body Parts

Carbon fiber and fiberglass parts are hand-made. Small irregularities in the cloth, pinholes in the surface coat, and hair line scratches may occur and are not considered defects. These parts may also require minor modifications prior to painting and/or installation. Test fit and modify prior to painting. PAINTED OR MODIFIED PARTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON.
