Comments:
I've used these for over 15 years now on Japanese moto's and still love them. Nice and tacky even in the wet, and feels like my hands are glued to them with Kangaroo skin gloves.

-1/2 star: You will go through these fairly quickly as they're soft. The Firm units last a long time but I just prefer the way these feel of those. When I was an Amateur/Yellow Plate, I think I went through 3 a season, but not nearly that quickly on street bikes. I think two years would be a good guess?

-1/2 stars: They've always fit fine on the Japanese bikes, but on the 2013 848evo they're about 1/8" - 1/4" short. The left bar I can deal with that, but the throttle side is kind of and eyesore. If installed flush to the bar-end and on the throttle tube ridge, the inside ridge is exposed and just hanging out in the open. Just a warning if you care about aesthetics that much. I'm not sure if it's the product or Italian engineers just being different though.

Just a tip: Use your aerosol oil of choice (Kroil here) and a small shank screw driver (3x150 Wiha)and the old ones come right off. Clean it up well before you put these on.

I stopped using grip glue as it makes taking them off too tough. I've since switched to 3M Super 77 adhesive. A light squirt inside makes it easy to slide on and not move around once dry. Lockwire the ends if you wish.
