Once you have placed a online, phone order, or other type of order with
Motowheels.com, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card
will be charged immediately. We make every attempt to ship orders the same day
when received by 2PM PST. If the order does not ship the same day it is placed
as in the event of a back ordered or drop shipped item you will be notified.
All authorized refunds and exchanges will be gladly accepted if you contact us at 916.369.2509 or email us at info@motowheels.com within 7 days of receipt of your package. Once we authorize the merchandise to be returned, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number to be written on the outside of the package. Any product returning to Motowheels.com must be in its original, unused condition with its original packaging intact. All product contents must be returned in the original condition as well. Any returns that do not meet these criteria will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Any returns that are sent without a return authorization number will cause delays in correcting any issues you may have. Please contact us first!
Shipping and handling /insurance charges are not refundable. Please allow up to 72 hours for refunds to be processed.
Orders shipped within the continental United States are shipped via UPS. You can specify UPS air or ground service and see the shipping cost when you place your order online.
Orders shipped outside the continental United States are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please note that payment of any customs duties the customer’s responsibility. Motowheels does quote customs duties.
Motowheels accepts Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and bank wire transfer.
International Payments:
Due to increased fraudulent activity, in order to use a credit card we may need you to email or fax a copy of your photo ID, credit card used for the order and a page from the most recent credit card statement. On the credit card you can block out the first 12 numbers to be safe, we only need to see the last 4 digits. We limit first time International credit card users to $500 for the first 60 days. The other option is to pay via wire transfer in which case we will offer you a 2% discount on your order.
Sales Tax Information:
Due to the location of our store, we are required by law to collect applicable sales tax on all orders shipping to California. No tax will be added to orders that are shipped outside of California.
The most secure and efficient way to place an order is online at Motowheels.com. We process online orders during business hours upon receipt of your order. When ordering online, your credit card is charged automatically at the point of purchase and an invoice with your shipping information is created for our shipping department to process the order for shipping.
Orders received by 2PM PST will ship the same day unless you are notified otherwise in the case of a back order, a special order. Motowheels will send an order confirmation to the email address on your invoice. If your order is shipped by UPS, UPS will send a shipping confirmation and tracking number to the email address on your invoice.
If you need to add or change items to your order or make an address change after you have placed it on our website, you must contact us the same day before 2PM PST with your credit card number so that we can process the change to your order and ship it the same day. If you contact us after 2PM PST, it will ship the next business day.
